Cancelling or rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible using the link in your confirmation email or through the patient portal.

Fee
Late cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged a fee of $100, subject to applicable law, payer requirements and the exceptions below. Insurance does not cover this fee.
